Eligibility and accounts
Users must meet applicable minimum-age requirements and provide accurate information. Account security is the user’s responsibility. Verification badges must not be misrepresented.
Content and intellectual property
Users retain ownership of original content and grant Clip2M a limited license necessary to host, process, display and distribute content within the service. Users must have rights to videos, music and images they upload.
Conduct and enforcement
No harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, scams, illegal sales, unauthorized personal data or copyright infringement. We may remove content, restrict features and suspend accounts subject to applicable law and appeal rights.
Marketplace and transactions
Sellers are responsible for truthful descriptions, pricing, taxes, lawful goods, shipping and consumer obligations. Buyers must not manipulate auctions. Binding purchases require separately presented transaction terms.
Availability and liability
Service availability is not guaranteed. Mandatory statutory consumer protections remain unaffected. Applicable liability limitations require jurisdiction-specific legal review.
